Trust in God always for He loves you.

By Apostle William K Korir

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land (2Chronicles 7:14).

Throughout the human History God has demonstrated His love for mankind despite their wickedness. To the first mankind, Adam and folks, the Bible says ....." ...God blessed them, and ...said to them, Be fruitful and mutiply; fill the earth and subdue it;... and God saw that .......everything he had made was indeed .... very good. Genesis 1:28,31).God had assured Adam and his beloved wife Eve a happy life; provided they neither touch the tree in the middle of the garden nor eat its fruits...that of knowledge of good and bad(Genesis 2:17).

Adam & Eve disobeyed God's instructions and brought pain and death to the entire universe. But God had greater plans for mankind (Jeremiah 29:11)for He loved mankind so much that He offered Jesus Christ to die on the cross in order to save mankind from eternal damnation(John 3:16)

Adam disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit and was sent out of the garden of Eden, to till it and to look for food the hard way. As time passed by, people increased in the land and after several generations; people turned their face away from the Lord God and sinned greately. This brought sorrow to God who regreted having creating mankind. However; God's love for mankind was far much greater than His sorrow (Genesis 6:5,6). God therefore, chose to give a second chance to mankind. God was going to save those who responded to his invitation. He saw a righteous man named Noah;(Gen. 7:1) and identified him to warn the world of an imminent distruction to all disobedient people. Noah was tasked to call on all peoples to repent of their wrong doings (sins) and turn to God. God also instructed Noah to build a ship (ARK) which was to house those who would listen to the warning and repented of their sins and accept to board the ship. Some land animals were also allowed to board the ship so as to conserve them for regeneration.

Noah, preached the message of Salvation for 120 years, but regretably no one received his end time message. The people of those days rediculed the poor old man. They potrayed him as a man with some mental complications. Noah was not discouraged by the hostile environment in which he operated in and for 120 straight years, he preached the gospel of Salvation - warning the world to repent and enter the ship to receive salvation.

Finally God had given enough time to the people of those days. He told Noah to go and bring animals to enter the ship,(7 of clean animals & 2 of unclean) according to their species and he did so without any difficulty. Finally the floodwaters came on the earth when Noah was 600 years old (Gen. 7:5).

The Bible says, that all the people in the land and every living thing died and only Noah and those who were with him in the ark totaling 8 in number, servived the tradegy. For 150 days water covered the whole earth (Gen. 7:24). God promised Noah that never again was the world to be destroyed by a universal flood (Genesis 9:11-17) but had been reserved for eternal fire.

God has appointed His annointed Apostles to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the whole world for people of this generation to REPENT and TURN away from their Sins. Jesus Himself lounged the great Commission, for all His Servants to go and spread the good knews of His soon coming, throughout the World (Mathew 28:19). About 2000 years ago, Jesus ascended to heaven, promising that he was going to prepare a place for you and me in heaven and He will come back to take us to heaven (John 14:1..)

The Holy Bible advises us to seek the things above where Jesus is.. (Col. 3:1..), otherwise it would be difficult to escape the judgement of God, if we neglect the great salvation to mankind, spoken of by Jesus Himself.. (Hebrews 2:3).

Dear Reader .. I urge you therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lust of men, but for the will of God (I Peter 4:1-3)

Trust in God at all times for He is God and Loving Father. Do not therefore waver in your faith but move steadily ... seeking His face daily... and waiting upon His everlasting promises for you. He is God and He does not change (Malachi 3:6)
