 But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power, .... and you will be witnesses for me to the ends of the World (Acts 1:8). The good Lord loves his children and answers prayers for his children. Joseph Rono from Kyokong in Bomet had been sick, suffering from throat Cancer. Joseph sold all he had to pay for hospitalization fees. He was told of someone selling Chinese medicine which treats cancer, and after parting with Kshs.250.00), his condition could not improve. Joseph visited Tenwek Hospital to receive treatment and at some point the hospital advised that Joseph would undergo sugery upon payment of some Kshs. 30,000.00 (USD.375.00). Joseph was unable to raise the money, and he decided to sell a piece of land to raise the money to pay his hospital surgery expenses. He could not immediately find someone to buy the land and he waited patiently. One evening his condition worsened and his wife Janet Rono called her sister inlaw named Cecilia, who lived some 40 kilometres away and informed her of Joseph's condition which was deteriorating rapidly. Cecilia had recorded my mobile number when she heard me present a sermon at KASS International FM station.Cecelia therefore requested me to pray for her brother Joseph Rono. I did and she later gave my mobile number to Joseph and I continued to pray for him every evening. Joseph's health improved day by day in a months time he was fully healed and restored. Joseph attended a powerful crusade at Barschelleh in Kipkelion county which took place between 15th April 2011 to 17th April 2011, and gave a moving testimony. Joseph and Janet pledged to give a plot to Hope Ministries World for purposes of building a church.
