A Church on the Hill overlooking Bomet Town

The crusade which had been planned to take place on 5th to 7th August 2011 at Kyogong' Bomeet, went on as programmed. Apostle William K Korir was the key speaker and many people attended. Joseph Kimorta Rono, had been taken ill over one year. He had been diagnosed with throat cancer at Tenwek Mission Hospital. His condition deteriorated sometimes in October 2011 and Joseph suffered tremendously as he could not eat anything other than for a few mililiters of milk. The contents Joseph took dropped to one tea spoonful and each time he sipped the liquid he underwent terrible pain. Janet his wife gives a strong testimony saying she went through terrible moments - being a mother of seven young children. She feared for her husband's life and she thought he would die. Janet called her sister in-law Cecilia who lived at Silibwet and informed her of her husband's condition. She appealed to her to try everything possible to seek help. She requested her t look for a Pastor who could pray for their brother.Janet was so worried when her husband started to vomit blood.Cecilia had taken Apostle William's Mobile phone when he was preaching in KASS Fm International. She called him in February 2011 and requested for prayers for his brother Joseph. Apostle William prayed for him through Mobile phone and continued to do so the whole of February 2011. By March 2011 Joseph's condition had made a turn round and he ate solid foods and by April 2011 he was fully healed. Joseph Rono of Kyogong Bomet donated a piece of land to the church and on May 15th 2011 Janet was Baptised at Barschelleh while Joseph was Baptised on 7th August 2011 following a crusade at Kyogong' Bomeet. The Crusade was a success and the presence of the Holy Spirit was evident throughout the meeting as many sick people were healed - the demon possessed were delivered and fully restored. Joseph Rono and Janet Rono presented the piece of land they donated to the church on Sunday 7th August 2011. Apostle William Korir officially launched the Hope Ministries World church Branch to be called HMW - Kyogong' Baraak Bomeet Branch. HMW members from Nassuit, and Barschelleh Kipkelion County branches attended the crusade where several people received Jesus and many of them were Baptised on Sunday 7th August 2011. Praise be to the Name of the Lord!
