From throne in Heaven God watches events all over the world. He shall defend his faithful Children whenever they are under attack of Satan. indeed no harm comes upon them. Every believer must learn to trust in the living for His love endures forever and ever.
For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD, Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."
Zechariah 4:10 (NKJV).
God sees while seated in His glorious throne in Heaven, everything going on, on planet Earth. He sees sinner and evil people commit horrifying sins. He sees his Children being attacked by Satan and his agents and He send His holy angles to rescue all of them.
Believer fear no more for you are save. When the Lord is with you, surely no harm will come near your gates, your place of residence. Remain faithful to God all the time and the Lord shall bless you in abundance. Talk to God through prayer and pour out your heart to Him in Jesus Name. He is watching you and Listening to you as you ask him to bless you.
